Training and Affiliations
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC in 2005.
I have been licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in Virginia since 2006.
I am a member of The American Psychological Association.
I am a member of PsyPact.
Services
I provide individual psychotherapy in a supportive and confidential environment. Treatment is designed to help you develop and implement skills and strategies that will assist you in making positive changes in your life. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively and are tailored to help you achieve your desired treatment and personal goals.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult and vulnerable experience. That is why I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I strive to be a compassionate professional who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals.
Fees and Appointments
Appointment times are flexible and include evening, holiday, and weekend hours.
I offer in-person and telehealth appointments.
I accept Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare. For clients that do not have insurance through Carefirst or Medicare, fees are based on specific services requested. I currently charge $200 per 1 hour session.
